Dr. Wade Larson is on a personal mission to help individuals and companies overcome mediocrity and achieve their best. Wade has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals as a consultant and HR Executive to develop programs that help them do more, achieve more, and be more. As an international speaker and published author, Wade encourages leaders to improve their effectiveness in leadership and business. As a career coach, he helps hundreds of job seekers transform their lives and find their passion. Wade serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Wagstaff, Inc., a global leader in aluminum manufacturing, is the owner of Larson Leadership Consulting, and is faculty for Washington State University. He holds a Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership (DM) from University of Phoenix and an MBA from Willamette University.
