Ronald Moser

MA

Ron Moser is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Management, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship, where he teaches Management, Leadership and HR courses. He guides the HR/Management Board of Advisors for the Carson College of Business and the student SHRM Club. Ron previously served as the Campus College Chair for the MBA and Healthcare Administration programs for University of Phoenix-Idaho Campus and as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Idaho.

His private consulting practice is active in healthcare, higher education foundations, manufacturing, telecommunications, fire and rescue and software development crowdsourcing. He is a Professionally Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds several industry Master Trainer and process improvement certifications. Ron has held several Senior Management roles while serving at Micron Technology, T-Mobile-USA, University of Phoenix, Office Max, FMC and SEL in addition to working in co-ownership roles with several entrepreneurial start-up organizations. He served on the Mayors Economic Core Development Team for the City of Meridian, Idaho. Ron received the Faculty of the Year Award from University of Phoenix-Idaho Campus, and was recognized as a top New Faculty Mentor. In back to back years he received the T-Mobile, USA Cross-functional Champion Award for his national leadership development projects.
