  • 95% are satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of the programs.
  • 86% say the WSU programs are above average or superior to similar programs.
  • 91% say the program helped the employee(s) demonstrate sound problem-solving skills.
  • 90% say the program helped the employee(s) become more engaged in achieving performance targets.
