Scott Bergstedt

Scott Bergstedt has been practicing law for over 38 years. He has experience as a public defender, prosecutor, criminal trial attorney, civil trial attorney and judge. As a part time Municipal Court Judge for 25 years he has been a presenter at the Washington State Judicial Conferences and joined the faculty of the National Judicial College presenting to other judges in many different states. Scott first started teaching at Washington State University as an adjunct professor, teaching the online Business Law classes in 2001. Since that time, he has been involved in teaching the face to face business law classes and graduate level classes. In addition to Business Law he has taught classes in International trade and also International Corporate Governance for the University of Cambria. For the last 7 years he has been a Pro Temp Judge in King County as well as the Washington State Judicial Outreach Liaison helping to establish specialty treatment courts throughout the state.
