Dr. Jerman Rose, Clinical Professor in the Carson College of Business of Washington State University, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, and was Dean of Solbridge International School of Business, in Daejeon, South Korea. In addition, he served as the Vice Provost for International Programs at Washington State University. Dr. Rose has extensive practical experience in the creation and operation of new ventures. He helped found and run an international franchising company. Dr. Rose has conducted research on a variety of entrepreneurship topics and has published in Journal of Business Venturing, Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research, Journal of East West Business, Small Business Strategy among others. He was the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington State University for 10 years. Dr. Rose and his wife Margie have five children and ten grandchildren.
